		<description>I&#039;ve made these too, and they are delicious. Good idea cutting the dough in half. I always make one long roll and it gets to be pretty big. Do you thaw it in the refrigerator? If so, do you let it warm up at room temp before attempting to roll? This part is always hard for me for some reason.</description>
