I took that class too! Just a tip, on your roses how the edges are all ruffly, if you want them smooth don’t use regular Crisco. they took out the trans fats and that’s what makes the edges all weird looking. Use the cheap stuff with the trans fat and it comes out beautiful!

Happy Graduation! Your final cake looks lovely. You are definitely the model student making 40+ roses. I wish I could say I practiced even half that many but obviously thats why yours look perfect! Great job!
