What great looking cakes! And choc cake with PB filling sounds like the type of cake where once you get a taste you keep eating until the entire cake is gone!

Did you just learn the cake decorating on your own? You said buttercream but they both look like fondant – is it buttercream underneath or don’t I know what I am talking about. I good looking cake is one thing I can’t do.
