I made this wonerful soup this evening, I did not add the shredded chicken, used orzo, and topped with grated parm cheese, it was divine. By the time I got everybody’s bowl to the table, the cheese was melted and gooey. The kids LOVED it. This is an incredible soup, it always reminds me of my mom Thank you for posting this, I totally needed this soul food.

Amazing photo! So far, everything I’ve seen on your beautiful blog has made me want to drop what I’m doing, go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients needed and start cooking or baking!!! Seriously!
