Just made these last night, and I have to say these were the best non-meat burgers I have ever had! I can’t wait for summer and barbecue season to make these for some outdoor grilling.

I just want to say thanks a ton for posting this recipe! I made these for the second time last night (first made them back in October), and they are amazing. I’m not a vegetarian, and my boyfriend is a meat lover, and we both really enjoyed them. They’re definitely going into my food repertoire.

Hi, I just made these! Really really good even though I accidentally added cinnamon instead of cumin…ops! I haven’t got a food processor, so I used ready-made breadcrumbs and used a potato masher to mash the beans. It worked really well. Thanks for another great recipe

Hi Marillyn — You could omit the mushrooms entirely or include your favorite veggie. The sky is the limit!

I love this recipe,and regular veggie burgers but this is a fantastic alternative and nice change of taste and flavors. I’ll have to try this soon. Congrats on top 9 today!

Okay, so I made black bean burgers last night! Different from yours, and definately something I just threw together in the food processor, but they were delicious.
