Hi Nicole, Yes, I made these cheesecake truffles for a Valentine’s order that I had. You can find the recipe here:

Hi Eileen,
These are the cheesecake truffles; I use two forks to lower the truffle into the melted chocolate, and then pick it up from the bottom so that the excess chocolate drips through the tines of the fork. Enjoy!
