The Weekend Dish: 2/26/2011

Remember those temperatures in the 50′s and 60′s that I talked about last Saturday? Mother nature laughed at me, and then dumped an inch of ice and 8 inches of snow on my head. Not that I minded much – I absolutely love the snow and would have loved a full-blown blizzard even more, but wow what a weather swing! Back in the kitchen this week I worked on some recipes that I had been wanting to try for quite some time so I hope you enjoyed them. Stay tuned next week for a giveaway, a couple more “bucket list” recipes, and then some recipes to get you ready for Mardi Gras! Also, I’ll be adding a little something to the site come Tuesday, so be on the lookout for that!
