The Weekend Dish: 7/2/2011

Happy long holiday weekend everyone! I hope you’ll have the opportunity this weekend to relax and enjoy some good food, and maybe even some fireworks.     Making your Root Beer Float Cake for a cookout tomorrow along with Smores (from Pampered Chef) and Suffed Jalapenos wrapped with Bacon (I brush mine with BBQ Sauce before baking). Have a great holiday weekend!!
