Saying that I love Christmas doesn’t quite do it justice. I mean, I love Christmas. I love the snow, love the lights, love the shopping, the wrapping, the hot cocoa, decorating the tree, Christmas movies, the carols… I pretty much love every single thing about Christmas. December and the lead-up to Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year.

Since December is still nowhere in sight and I was dripping sweat all weekend at outdoor picnics, I thought it was a good time to spread a little holiday cheer with a Christmas in July giveaway. And what better to give away at this time of year than everything you need to make homemade ice cream?!

    Right now…pistachio with a lot of nuts in it! At the beginning of the year, nothing beats a soft serve vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles.

    As a child it was hands down mint chocolate chip but it had to be green and with the shaved chocolate, no chunks. As an adult, my palate has broadened to more exciting tastes.
