Five Ingredient Challenge + Giveaway!

I thought it would be fun to play a guessing game. Are you in?

So, here’s the scoop. I have a new recipe up my sleeve that will be shared on the blog tomorrow (Friday).

I’ll tell you five of the main ingredients that I’m using and you try to guess what it is that I’m making. Just leave a comment with your guess. Feel free to guess as many times as you’d like.

Aaaaand… the first person to guess correctly will win a $50 Amazon.com gift card! Shopping sprees are always fun

Ready?! Here are the ingredients:

Zucchini
Crushed Pineapple
Powdered Sugar
Sour Cream
Orange Zest

Good luck and have fun guessing!

Pineapple zucchini sheet cake with cream cheese frosting. I just read a PW post about a pineapple zucchini cake and your list of ingredients sounds strikingly similar. I’m sure whatever you make will be delicious. Can’t wait!

zucchini and pineapple cake? The sour cream is to make it really moist, the orange zest is for flavoring, and the powdered sugar is to make it pretty

I’m going with zucchini muffins with an orange glaze frosting… which, by the way, sounds amazing. Made something similar a while ago with a lemon glaze and it disappeared within hours.
