Five Ingredient Challenge + Giveaway!

I thought it would be fun to play a guessing game. Are you in?

So, here’s the scoop. I have a new recipe up my sleeve that will be shared on the blog tomorrow (Friday).

I’ll tell you five of the main ingredients that I’m using and you try to guess what it is that I’m making. Just leave a comment with your guess. Feel free to guess as many times as you’d like.

Aaaaand… the first person to guess correctly will win a $50 Amazon.com gift card! Shopping sprees are always fun

Ready?! Here are the ingredients:

Zucchini
Crushed Pineapple
Powdered Sugar
Sour Cream
Orange Zest

Good luck and have fun guessing!

Well…my guess was a pineapple zucchini cake, but that’s been said – numerous times! And now that I’ve read over the guesses, I think I’M going to go make one! I have one large zucchini left from my garden. (of course, there’s plenty in the freezer)

my choices would be a pineapple zucchini muffin or cupcake with an icing. OR

A zucchini and carrot sour cream cake with pineapple, saving some of the juice to mix with the icing sugar and orange zest to make a drizzle to pour over the cooled cake after you poke some holes into it.
