I thought it would be fun to play a guessing game. Are you in?
So, here’s the scoop. I have a new recipe up my sleeve that will be shared on the blog tomorrow (Friday).
I’ll tell you five of the main ingredients that I’m using and you try to guess what it is that I’m making. Just leave a comment with your guess. Feel free to guess as many times as you’d like.

You do not list flour or eggs, so Zucchini bread is out of the running.

Let me expand on my guess as a zucchini pizza. I would take the sour cream along with the pineapple and use that as the base of the pizza (like the tomatoe sauce) and then add the zucchini slices on top of that and then use the powdered sugar with the orange zest together and drizzle that over the top. At least something kind of like this….hope it is correct!

Ok.. everyone’s taken all the good ones so my guess is Pineapple Zucchini Icebox Cake! Wish someone would come up with a way to be able to taste and smell over the web! This should be very interesting!
