Thank You! {Foodbuzz Blog Awards}

As you might imagine, there were quite a few things that slipped through the cracks last week with my Grandma’s funeral and family coming in from out of town. The Foodbuzz Blog Awards nominee announcement last Wednesday was one of them.

I am honored to be a finalist in two categories:

Best Overall Blog
Best Baking and Pastry Blog

I want to extend a huge and gracious THANK YOU to all of you. These award nominations are not just for me, but for you as well. You help make this blog what it is – you visit, you comment, you try the recipes, you email me – it’s more than me sending information out into cyberspace; it’s a community, and one that I am immensely proud of.

Michelle, There was no slipping through the cracks on your part, but rather a graceful pause while you spent time taking care of you, taking care of your family. Congratulations again on these well-deserved nominations!
