I don’t have a springform or a roasting pan and for a variety of reasons I’m not ready to buy them. Can I make this in a pie dish (or two, I bet), still using the gingersnap crust? Alterations to baking time or procedure? Thanks!
Hi Aimee, which recipe are you referring to?
You have so many great recipes! Like everyone else on Thanksgiving I always overeat! For a great calorie saving dessert, I love this Guiltless Pumpkin Pie. It only has 100 calories per slice!
