The Weekend Dish: 3/31/2012

It’s the weekend again! This week went especially fast, with us finishing up our vacation in Florida and getting back to Pittsburgh. We left early on Wednesday morning and drove the 1,000-plus miles all in one day, getting back a little after 1am. It’s a hardcore drive, for sure, but easier when it ends at 1am versus 3am (which we’ve done twice before). After piles of laundry, unpacking, mail sorting, picking up taxes, and all of those not-so-fun, back-from-vacation necessities, I am slowly getting caught up on everything. In other fun news, I’ll be making two trips down to Consol Energy Center this weekend – last night we saw Van Halen in concert, and tomorrow I am taking my mom to the Pens/Flyers game. Here’s to a great weekend for everyone!
