Do you love cookies?

Silly question, right?! I think all of us here love, love, love cookies. Which is why I think you’re going to be completely smitten with the new e-cookbook, Cookie Cravings, that was recently released by Maria from Two Peas and Their Pod. Maria is undeniably the cookie queen; she comes up with some of the most amazingly creative cookie recipes I’ve ever seen. She teamed up with Heidi Larsen from Foodie Crush to design this beautiful e-book chock full of 30 cookie recipes – 15 of the most popular recipes from her site, and 15 brand new recipes created just for the book. That’s 30 days worth of cookies. Definitely a book right up my alley!

I just love the layout of this book – not only does every recipe sound irresistible, but the photos are absolutely gorgeous. Maria and Heidi make a great team! The book has been so successful that they are about to release a hard copy version as well. I walk a fine line between loving the convenience of digital and loving the feel of a book in my hands. This is the perfect solution :)

In addition to Cookie Cravings, Maria also put together a bonus e-cookbook with recipes from some of her food blogging buddies, myself included!     Fav cookie is a good ol’ Hershey’s Classic chocolate chip, but I use more brown sugar than white for a chewier cookie and I add dark chocolate chips and walnuts. Can’t make those too often cuz I can’t leave them alone!

    My friend made an ammended version of a Martha Stewart cookie for a holiday cookie sawp last year. She called them CARAMEL CASHEW COOKIES. I cannot tell you how a-ma-zing they were!!!

    It is hard to pick just one favorite cookie….. but if I had to choose just one… I think I would choose the classic chocolate chip cookie… especially if it is a little crunchy around the edges…. and moist and gooey and chewy in the center!! UMMMMM makes me hungry just thinking about it! I think I will need to make a batch today! Happy baking everyone!! :)
