Baked some corn bread in my cast iron skillet to go with salmon patties.
Technically the last thng I baked was some pumpkin granola (it did have to go in the oven, after all), but before that i made the most scrumptious muffins – corn muffins with fresh blueberries and lemon zest.

I’ve been a subscriber on email for a lo-o-o-ng time and I love it! Yesterday I baked Artisan Bread…which I do every Sunday.
It was Sunday night, so I baked chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip muffins, blueberry muffins and made granola last night for this week’s breakfast and lunch snacks and was able to send a pack back with my college son who came home for the weekend. Love Sunday nights!
