    Technically the last thng I baked was some pumpkin granola (it did have to go in the oven, after all), but before that i made the most scrumptious muffins – corn muffins with fresh blueberries and lemon zest.

    I tried out an interesting whole wheat shortbread recipe. I have to say, the whole wheat pastry flour works fairly well with the shortbread recipe.
