I made a breakfast casserole this morning…with chopped red bell pepper, onion, shredded cheese and shredded potatoes which I cut all by hand! I certainly could have used a food processor!

I baked a buttermilk spice cake and rosemary garlic sourdough bread this past week. I must look for the recipe Julia mentioned for cardamom shortbread as I just bought white cardamom from Penzeys.
The last thing I baked was Gluten Free Oatmeal cookies. I used the recipe off the Oats package from Trader Joe’s. They were delicious and I froze a few bags for later. They froze well also!
