I am a certified cookbook addict; I can’t help myself when it comes to buying new one. I eat up the “best of” lists, the James Beard and IACP winners, and am always adding to my wish list. As a result, I have more than 130 cookbooks lining my shelves. Each has a special place there, but some (both old and new) are hands-down favorites. It was an excruciating task, but I narrowed down my collection to 10 of my most favorite cookbooks, and am giving away copies of all 10 to one lucky reader! The only cookbook I got this year was Baking Illustrated and I love it! Otherwise, my go to book, when I’m making something I’m not used to, is the original Joy of Cooking!
