I am a certified cookbook addict; I can’t help myself when it comes to buying new one. I eat up the “best of” lists, the James Beard and IACP winners, and am always adding to my wish list. As a result, I have more than 130 cookbooks lining my shelves. Each has a special place there, but some (both old and new) are hands-down favorites. It was an excruciating task, but I narrowed down my collection to 10 of my most favorite cookbooks, and am giving away copies of all 10 to one lucky reader! Tight budget, no room for cookbooks this year… I’m living off food network magazine…
Every year my Mom gives me a new cookbook for Christmas…I can’t wait to see which one it will be this year…I always love it because she knows me so well. Last year she gave me Cook’s Illustrated 20 years of recipes.
I have a fear of cookbook commitment. Plus, I love seeing step by step photos and first hnad accounts of what works when i try a new recipes. So, do Blogs like yours count as cookbooks?
