Brown Eyed Baker's 6th Birthday!

Six years ago today, in this little corner of the Internet, I wrote about Italian Wedding Soup and shared the recipe with whoever was reading (presumably, only my mom and my sister). Since then, this site has grown into more than I could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to all of you! You’ve shared life’s ups and downs with me, as well as countless kitchen adventures.

      I also loved the Irish Car Bomb cupcakes!!! I made them for everyone at the office, and they all wanted the recipe. Before long, it will be time to make them again for St. Patty’s Day!!! :) Happy 6th Birthday!

    That is such a hard question!! I have made many, MANY of your recipes, and there has never been one that I did not like!! I am a follower of many food blogs, but I always have the most success with your recipes. When my friends ask me for suggestions for new recipes, I ALWAYS point them to your blog. If I HAVE to give a favorite, I will say that my favorite dinner recipe from your blog is the sweet and sour chicken, and my (current) favorite dessert is the Hostess cupcakes. My oldest daughter’s birthday is next month, and I always test a few recipes for “the one” for her party. I made those last week, and everyone in our family agreed I did not even need to try another recipe!
