Six years ago today, in this little corner of the Internet, I wrote about Italian Wedding Soup and shared the recipe with whoever was reading (presumably, only my mom and my sister). Since then, this site has grown into more than I could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to all of you! You’ve shared life’s ups and downs with me, as well as countless kitchen adventures.

P.S. I baked 5 dozen Hershey’s perfectly chocolate cupcakes and Cowboy Cookies (from your site) for the surgical vets and students at The University of Georgia Vet hospital yesterday. They performed surgery on our German Shepard’s shattered leg a week and a half ago. They could not stop eating them!! They asked what I’m baking this week to bring them!
