Six years ago today, in this little corner of the Internet, I wrote about Italian Wedding Soup and shared the recipe with whoever was reading (presumably, only my mom and my sister). Since then, this site has grown into more than I could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to all of you! You’ve shared life’s ups and downs with me, as well as countless kitchen adventures.

It’s hard to pick just one recipe because I have tried so many. Since I have to choose, I would say the Irish car bomb cupcakes because those get the most compliments when I make them, so thank you!!!

My favorite BEB recipe is Mocha Cupcakes with Espresso Buttercream Frosting. I have made this recipe at least a dozen times (and even transferred it over into a double-layer-cake form!). This recipe combined my two favorite things: cupcakes & coffee! I have received countless compliments on this recipe and it is my favorite recipe, hands down, BEB and beyond!
