Brown Eyed Baker's 6th Birthday!

Six years ago today, in this little corner of the Internet, I wrote about Italian Wedding Soup and shared the recipe with whoever was reading (presumably, only my mom and my sister). Since then, this site has grown into more than I could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to all of you! You’ve shared life’s ups and downs with me, as well as countless kitchen adventures.

    My all time favorite brown eyed baker recipe is the Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake. When I found that, I stumbled upon a small piece of perfection. The first time I made it, it was an instant hit, and have made it for so many occasions since. I have shared the recipe countless times with family, friends, and co-workers, but always tell them, “Check her out on Pinterest, she has so many more amazing recipes!!” Thank you for sharing!!
