    After having much success with the Irish cupcakes (one of my favorites, thanks) using Guinness beer, Irish whisky & Baileys, my mind went directly to a Mexican version. Using a dark Mexican beer, silver tequila & Kahlua instead. Now just might be the time to put that idea into motion :)

    What a fabulous collection of recipes! In the UK we have a holiday on Monday too and my hubby and I will be spending it in France so I hope I’ll be enjoying some fabulous French cuisine.
