Brown Eyed Baker's 6th Birthday!

Six years ago today, in this little corner of the Internet, I wrote about Italian Wedding Soup and shared the recipe with whoever was reading (presumably, only my mom and my sister). Since then, this site has grown into more than I could have ever imagined, thanks in large part to all of you! You’ve shared life’s ups and downs with me, as well as countless kitchen adventures.

    I favorite recipe from your site would most definitely be the Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes. I just love them and caramel is my fave! So yummy! ^_^

    I’m always saying my favorite is the last thing I made, and I loved the Grapefruit Sandwich cookies, which I turned into Lemon Sandwich cookies because my lemon tree had a harvest of over 800 lemons this year. They were a huge hit at work and a nice break in between all the chocolate goodness.
