On the 12th Day of Christmas… A KitchenAid Stand Mixer Giveaway! (Winner Announced)

UPDATE: The winner of the special edition KitchenAid mixer is:

#154 – Miss Christine: Her comment on being Brown Eyed Baker fan on Facebook was the winner. What she’s baking this holiday season:
“I am baking four recipes for holiday parties and two for the holidays! I I would LOVEE, to have that beauty in my kitchen!”

Congratulations Christine! You should have already received an email from me; make sure you reply with your mailing address so I can get your new KitchenAid mixer out to you!

Thanks everyone for entering, and thank you for making these 12 Days of Giveaways so much fun for me! :)

Welcome to Day 12 of the “12 Days of Giveaways”!

I’m totally bummed that today is the last day of the giveaways; I’ve had so much fun playing Santa! But, I wanted to end the twelve days with a big ol’ bang, and thought that this mixer fit the bill. I hope you all agree :)  Not only is this a KitchenAid stand mixer (my kitchen couldn’t survive without one!), but it has one of those oh-so-pretty glass bowls and, more importantly, sales of this special edition model benefit Susan G. Komen Cook for the Cure®’s effort to end breast cancer. So not only do you get a shiny (and gorgeous!) new toy, but I also get to donate to a good cause. It’s a holiday win-win!

The winner will receive one (1) KitchenAid Artisan Susan G. Komen Stand Mixer.

I absolutely love your Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting and the chewy chunky blondies. These are always a hit in every party I go to so I am making these for the holiday party I am attending this weekend! Thank you for the awesome recipes! It makes baking so much fun if you get those smiles from people who love your cooking!

I’m probably going to be lazy this year and only make a few things. I just got a new job (yay!) so I’ll be even more stressed than usual. I’ll just do a lot of eating instead!

So far we’ve baked the folowing cookies: chocolate crackle, butter pecan, sugar, gingerbread chefs, peanut butter oatmeal sandwich cookies, and butterscotch drops. Who knows what’s to come…

  26. Denise B on December 16, 2011 at 12:01 pm

A bunch. At least 3 kinds of cookies, caramel corn, at least 1 kind of pie, and at least 1 cake. Plus the goodies that don’t need baking like fudge and unbaked cookies!

  37. CFM on December 16, 2011 at 12:02 pm

So far I have done 4 things and I will do at least 2 more (not country Christmas breakfast banking).

  38. Michelle Mastas on December 16, 2011 at 12:02 pm

Oh how I love baking! We are going to make cake balls and pops, cake batter bark, mint chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, truffles, peppermint patties, and some sugar cookies. I could really use a nice powerful mixer as mine took a dive off the counter. :(

I already baked 3 different types of cookies for my holiday party, I’m going to bake something as part of the gift for my work secret santa, I’ll probably bake something for Christmas Eve, and then 2 things for Christmas. So I guess that’s 7!

  41. Rachel @ I'm Loving Today on December 16, 2011 at 12:02 pm

According to my Pinterest board, I “plan” on baking about 25 different things for Christmas. In actuality, it will probably be three or four different things.
