I love to make fruit salad smoothies- I buy fruits when they are at their best and when they are the most affordable- especially berries- I divide them into small bags, make swveral smoothie kits and freeze! I love using freshly squeezed OJ in my smoothies!
    Delicious!

I dont drink smoothies that often but the wife loves them, lots and lots of fruit

  33. Martha on December 19, 2012 at 6:11 am

Berries with lime or something with peanut butter in it for the protein.

  34. Chris N on December 19, 2012 at 6:12 am

I love green smoothies – but am currently on a PB & banana kick!

  35. Jessica on December 19, 2012 at 6:12 am

My favorite smoothie is one that has fruits I like but that does not contain too many ingredients. You start adding five different fruits plus yogurt plus wheat germ plus this plus that, and you lose the flavor of the fruit — it just becomes a mash of food….
