Happy Sunday to you!

I hope that you are having a fabulous weekend. It’s been a crazy couple of weeks over at the BEB HQ. My Chief Culinary Consultant has been quite sick, Duke is teething, I doggy-sat for my mom’s dog last weekend, and helped my sister move into a new apartment. No rest for the weary, right?! What have you been up to this weekend?

    Hi Michelle, i absolutely love those cupcakes! The frosting makes them look even better! I’ve just made the Six Layer Chocolate Cake with Toasted Marshmallow Frosting and Chocolate Malted Frosting. My family love love LOVED the recipe! In my family of 7 that cake was gone so fast! The toasted marshmallow part got to runny though, so it wasn’t as good as it could have been. Though’s cupcakes are on my list to make! Quick question, What website creator did you use? I’m thinking of making my own website in a couple of years. 🙂

    Those compost cookies still call my name, as does anything momofuko:)
    As for what I managed to make this week, I finally tried making an Eton mess, a combo of berries, whipped cream, and meringue, and it was delectable!

    The red velvet cupcakes were the bomb!!!! Best ever! I could eat the frosting by the spoonful… my morning run of 6 miles has become a 10 mile run to compensate for my overindulgence. Yum! and Thanks

    The Pumpkin Spice Latte cupcakes were a hit! Made them for the hubsters birthday. He is not a cupcake nor frosting fan, but is a coffee and pumpkin fan. He loved them. Everything about them was just right. Thanks for the recipe.

    My puppy just finished teething about two months ago and providing lots of chew toys of all textures really helped. I also took a small stuffed animal watered it down and froze it. The icy yet plush stuffed animal was an irresistible chew toy for her sore gums.
