The Weekend Dish: 2/12/2011

Well, last weekend didn’t end on the celebratory note that most of Pittsburgh thought it would. I think I’ve picked up all of the pieces from the disaster that was the Super Bowl, and am still dealing with the reality that Malkin is lost for the season. What makes things like this better? Sugar. And chocolate. Lots of chocolate. And what a perfect time to drown my sports sorrows in chocolate than the week before Valentine’s Day?! Lots of Valentine’s-appropriate recipes this week, and on other sites as well. Whether you celebrate the holiday or not, I promise they’re all delicious!

Now as always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week as well as some bookmarked recipes from other blogs. Enjoy! :)
