The Weekend Dish 7/6/2013

Happy Saturday!

Today is Saturday, right? I always get my days mixed up when holidays fall in the middle of the week. I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July holiday and have been able to enjoy some extra time off. I’m still getting my fill of leftovers, but I feel a craving for a salad creeping on me. It must be the cumulative effect of the hamburgers, kielbasa, potato salad, coleslaw, corn pudding, strawberry pretzel salad and whatever else I’ve been eating for the last two days. Did you try any new recipes for the holiday? If you found any winners, feel free to share in the comments below!

As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week as well as some bookmarked recipes from other blogs. Enjoy!
