The Weekend Dish: 8/23/2014

It’s the weekend! Do you have anything fun planned? I am looking forward to tackling some new kitchen projects and otherwise enjoying a relaxing couple of days. I am totally stunned that next weekend is already Labor Day weekend. Where did the summer go?! It feels like just yesterday that it was the first week of May and we were splashing around in the ocean. Time sure did fly the last few months! I hope you enjoy this last full week of summer!

As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week as well as some bookmarked recipes from other blogs. Enjoy!

Hi Kim, It seems to be working okay for me. Maybe give it another try?

Hi Michelle, same here. The correct URL is displayed in the browser and I get a glimpse of the correct page, but then it reloads right away to the white chocolate pancakes. When I tried to write to her using the contact button, same thing: The correct “contact” URL appears in the browser, I see where I could start to write her a note, and then it spontaneously reloads and takes me back to those pancakes.
We realize you’re not here to fix her site bugs, but if you have a different way of letting her know, that would be great. If not – no big deal! Have a great week!

Gosh, I thought it was just me and the feeling that summer flashed by. To me, it seemed like April happened just a few weeks ago. I love the fall but I am not looking forward to winter and all the mess it brings. Thanks for sharin the links!
