The Weekend Dish: 10/3/2015

Happy Saturday, and Happy October!

September went by in an absolute blink, didn’t it? The weather here sure turned to fall in a hurry, although I’m not complaining about the return of hoodies, cozy sweaters, blankets and hot chocolate. If you’re on the East coast, I hope you stay dry and safe this weekend!

As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

Chocolate Walnut Macarons with Salted Caramel (Baking a Moment)
I’m not sure why, but I’ve never really been drawn to macarons… these, however, are changing my mind!

Easy All Purpose Chipotle Chicken (Carlsbad Cravings)
Yes! I want to keep batches of this in the fridge for lunches and salads!

Peanut Butter Cake with Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Glaze (Well Plated)
Well, this has my name written ALL over it!

Pear Crumb Coffee Cake (Sweet & Savory by Shinee)
Gorgeous cake, and I love the use of pears… I feel like they get overshadowed by apples every fall baking season ;-)

Real Deal Caramel Cake (Life, Love & Sugar)
Absolutely gorgeous (and I’m sure, delicious) cake!

Have a delicious weekend!
