The Weekend Dish: 1/9/2016
I hope your Saturday is off to a great start! We got all of our Christmas decorations down yesterday, so the house looks particularly empty. Time to shift gears to Joseph’s first birthday party! We’re having it next weekend, so I need to finish tying up all of the loose ends. I can’t believe it’s already been a year!
As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

I’ve definitely been on a Nutella kick recently and these look fabulous.
Scalloped Potatoes with Caramelized Onions and Gruyere (Simply Recipes)
My cousin and I used to fight over scalloped potatoes every Sunday dinner, so I LOVE them, and can only imagine how amazing they’d be with caramelized onions.

These are different than anything I’ve ever seen… they look like simple cinnamon-sugar pastry cookies.

I adore Thai flavors, but have never combined peanut butter and bacon… these burgers look amazing, must try!
