The Weekend Dish: 2/1/2014

Happy, happy weekend!

I usually feel like the weeks flutter by, but surprisingly, I feel like last Saturday was eons ago. We’ve been playing in the snow here, with nothing terribly new to report. Are you geared up for the Super Bowl tomorrow? I still need to finalize my snack menu! Today I’m baking up a classic cake for my father-in-law’s birthday celebration tomorrow; I hope he enjoys it!
