The Weekend Dish: 6/16/2012

Ahh, hello Saturday! This weekend in particular seemed to be a long time coming. I had some major kitchen hiccups earlier in the week, and by Wednesday I was officially ready for the weekend! My Chief Culinary Consultant and I gave the week a nice send off by spending yesterday evening outlet shopping since the weather was beyond beautiful. It was a successful shopping trip (read: many bags), especially since we made our customary stop in the food court for an Auntie Anne’s pretzel. It wouldn’t be outlet shopping without one! Today, I’ll be helping my mom to prep some food for a cookout tomorrow to celebrate Father’s Day in conjunction with my grandpap’s birthday. What are you up to this weekend?
