The Weekend Dish: 6/30/2012
Happy weekend! What a sweltering weekend it’s turning out to be, right?! This past week I made the first garden harvest – three zucchini! There are at least two to three more that will be ready to be picked within the next few days, I have two jalapeño peppers that need to be picked and at least another handful only a few days behind. There will be no shortage of zucchini recipes coming this summer, that’s for sure! If you have any favorites, feel free to share them in the comments below.
