Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats and bacon.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef broth, peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix together using a rubber spatula until no pockets of flour remain.
Turn the mixture out onto a well-floured surface. Dust the mixture with flour and knead gently until a soft dough forms and is no longer sticky. Roll or pat the dough out to about ½-inch thickness. Cut out shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet. The treats will not spread, so you can place them pretty close together (without touching).
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving. The treats can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week.
