Using a medium cookie scoop (or 2 tablespoonfuls), drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Place in the freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour. Transfer the treats to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
