BEB Favorites: June 2018
Welcome to the June installment of BEB favorites!
We’re nearing the end of the month, which means it’s time for another BEB favorites!
I don’t have AS many things this month, but still a good assortment of things I’m loving that I want to share with you today…
Beyond Yoga Caught in the Midi High Waisted Leggings – I got these in a StitchFix box right after I had Isabelle and I am absolutely, positively infatuated with them. The fact that they’re high waisted means no muffin top and everything looks smooth and put together. I typically only wear leggings around the house, but I will totally wear these for errands like the grocery store, taking Joseph to swim lessons, etc. They are as soft as butter and I feel so good wearing them.
Drunk Elephant Skincare – Huge thanks to Jessica for introducing me to this brand when I was frantically texting her after Isabelle was born, complaining about my insanely dry skin. She said this stuff worked wonders for her skin and so I gave it a try and fell in love. My face feels so fresh and dewy when I go to bed, and makeup sits on it SO much better during the day! Right now I’m using the following products:
In the AM: JuJu Bar / C-Firma Day Serum / C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream / Protini Polypeptide Cream
In the PM: Bobbi Brown Cleansing Oil / Caudalie Moisturizing Toner / C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream / Lala Retro Whipped Cream
Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo – I have tried umpteen dry shampoos and have never loved any of them until I tried this one… it is unbelievable! The first time I used it, I was seriously blown away by the fact that it really, truly makes my hair look and feel like it was just freshly washed and dried. And it smells amazing, too!
Super Miracle Bubbles Refill – Joseph and Dominic both LOVE blowing bubbles and we go through A LOT of bubble containers here during the summer, so I finally broke down and bought this massive bottle. We’ve refilled some bottles with Dawn when in a crunch, but it seems to make the solution too sudsy. This super miracle bubbles solution seriously makes the BEST bubbles!
2 Step Stool for Kids – We bought these when Joseph started potty training and they are fantastic! He’s able to get himself on and off the toilet (we have rather high toilets) and wash his hands all on his own (which he loves). I think they’re also great for keeping in the kitchen if you have kids that like to help at the counter.
BraveTart – I haven’t baked anything from this cookbook yet, but I am enamored with all of the recipes. I can’t wait to dig in!
That’s a wrap with what I’ve been loving recently! I would love to hear about some of your new favorites as well; share them in the comments below!

Wow! All those skincare products look incredible! Skincare is the one area in my life where my vanity overrides concern for the planet and other creatures. I am currently trying Josie Maran Argan oil products. Drunk Elephant seems like one I should sample at least.
Did any of them contain sunscreen or do you apply that separately?
Love this blog and always come here for all my ‘go to’ recipes!
Hi Stephanie, I don’t believe that they contain sunscreen. I hope you enjoy them!
Stella Parks is amazing! I have tasted her creations and they are YUMMY!
I literally just opened my living proof dry shampoo and fell in love instantly. Their restore shampoo, conditioner, and mask are fab too.
Oh my…that cookbook is calling my name!!!!!
I love that two pack of stools so much and my toddlers are obsessed with them as well. I bought them because as you noted my 4 year old and my 23 month old both love helping at the counter and this two pack helped end their fight over the one stool we had before! They are almost a gift and curse though because my crafty 23 month old as figured out that he can just carry the stool around and use to climb up and reach anywhere around our home even the places he shouldn’t be reaching!! So sometimes mommy has to store the stools out of reach. :) Thanks for Sharon and for the great recipes! I made your Parmesan roasted potatoes last week and they were delicious!
