Friday Things #581

1. Everyone wanted in on Saturday pancakes last weekend! Sometimes I have one helper, but this time everyone wanted a turn :)
2. Joseph has really been enjoying tennis this summer and got to play his very first match last week, and he loved it! It’s so fun to see them discover new things that they enjoy.
3. Such an amazing video of a puzzle being made!
4. Speaking of puzzles, “Nantucket Breeze” is my next one :)
5. From a recent James Clear newsletter:
“Be forgiving with your past self. What’s done is done. Take the lessons with you and release the guilt.
Be strict with your present self. Win the moment in front of you right now.
Be flexible with your future self. There are many paths to success. You don’t need life to be a certain way to live well.”
6. How gorgeous are Iceland’s colorful buildings?!
7. Good tips for making your phone easier to resist picking up >> Dumb Down Your Phone the Smart Way
8. The boys have started asking how much longer until college football starts and I can’t believe it’s only a few short weeks away!
9. A couple of nights ago, we had on a local channel and right before I was about to head upstairs to bed, a Seinfeld rerun came on and I got sucked in. It’s been years since I’ve watched, but it remains always, always funny… one of my all-time favorites!
10. TGIF! Love these two!

Cannot believe how grow up the kids are getting.  Looks like everyone has been having a good summer 🌞
Fan of jigsaw puzzles too!  Have a number of White Mountain brand which most seem food related – lol.  I’m local so if you want to borrow instead of buying some new ones let me.
