I hope you had a fantastic week and have rolled into the weekend feeling relaxed and blissful. Nothing big going on here since there are still a couple of sickies in the house. Working on getting everyone recovered for Monday! Maybe some cleaning out and organizing in the office – it’s a disaster! What are you up to?

If you want to make your own mix for the times you don’t want to make a whole pot, this recipe from King Arthur Flour is great and takes no time at all. If you want to make it dairy free just sub more semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips for the milk chocolate ones.
