It’s Tuesday…
…and I don’t have a new recipe to share with you, but I DO have some new adorable pictures of Joseph hanging out in his pajamas by the Christmas tree :)
He picked up waving a couple of weeks ago and he’s pretty good at it now… every morning when I go into his room, he stands up in his crib, gives me the biggest smile and waves like crazy. It melts my heart every single day.

Glimpse of a future senior portrait?

And this happy, smiling face… it’s the best thing in the world.
I hope you have a great day!

Joseph is such a cutie pie! I look forward to seeing pictures of him as much as I look forward to seeing recipes. Enjoy this time with him they grow way too fast!
What a little heart breaker! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
These pictures brighten my week! Thank you for sharing Joseph’s cute smiling face! :)
Love the baby pictures and the pup pictures. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy these baby days as it truly does fly by. My baby boy is 22 and 6’2″ but I still try to cuddle with him. Happy Holidays!
Aww, this was such a delight to see. This December is really difficult to enjoy because someone very, very special to me is now gone; it’s been hard to smile lately. But your photos of your adorable son definitely had me smiling. What a sweet expression, God bless him! Thanks for sharing with us :)
My condolences to you, Maxine. Sending lots of hugs and happy thoughts your way.
What a lovely post, Michelle! Your recipes are fantastic, but we can easily go without an awesome BEB-recipe for a sweet post like this. Thanks for the treat today!
What a cutie!
What a fabulous surprise . . . came here for the latest recipe, but wound up finding something – someone! – better than a recipe. You just can’t beat his smile. Although I have to say the “glimpse of a future senior portrait” brought tears to my eyes. In retrospect the time goes so quickly. I can hardly believe I have 2 recent COLLEGE grads and a college junior, and my 2 recent graduates are both getting married within the next 10 months. I enjoy your pics of Joseph so much as they bring a flood of memories from “yesterday” back to me. Have the most Merry Christmas. I know you’ll be treasuring each minute.
You made my day posting these ADORABLE pictures! How can you not smile
seeing THAT smile. These moments are priceless! I was a little surprised to see a Tuesday post (ha) but actually thought to myself “I hope it’s new pictures of Joseph.” WHAT A BLESSING!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
With a cutie-pie like that to play with every day I’m impressed you have as many new recipes as you do! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Thanks for the big smile this morning!
I cannot believe how big Joseph has gotten!
What beautiful pictures of such a happy little guy! May I ask? What camera/lens setup do you use? We’re expecting our first baby in February and I’d like to take more photographs. . .with a camera that is not my cell phone! Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Lisa, We have a Canon 5D Mark III, although I totally loved my Canon Rebel t2i as an entry level SLR (way more price friendly!) – that was five or six years ago, and I’m sure there are much newer models. Most of the pictures are shot using my 100mm 2.8 macro lens, mostly because that’s what I keep on my camera for food photos. I also love a 50mm lens for general purpose pictures!
This is better than a recipe. He is changing so much and know how much you love him. Enjoy your time with him. They grow up so fast. He is old enough to enjoy Christmas and you will have more fun with him. Merry Christmas.
Such a sweet boy! What gorgeous pictures – he really seems like such a happy baby…you are a very fortunate mama! Hope Duke and Einstein are happy too!
Thank you for posting these pictures, it put a huge smile on my face. Joseph is the most precious little guy! Merry Christmas…..and a Happy New Year.
As my grandma used to say, “I could eat him with a spoon” He is so adorable. I think his smile, might be better then any recipe you could share. Merry Christmas
From a mom with grown boys, enjoy every minute, it goes fast
