Hi Michelle,
I, too, just listened to your podcast and really enjoyed hearing all about BEB and how it all came about. It made me realize just how much work goes on behind the blog site, and I’ve said it before, I don’t know know how you do it with three little kiddos!
I’ve also been reading your blog since your early days…sugar and spice does resonate with me. Your voice is so sweet and young sounding, like a teenager, LOL.
Keep up your good work, you deserve it. Thanks for all you do with your awesome recipes.
Oh my gosh, thank you Annie! Since my teenage years were nearly 20 years ago that’s a huge compliment :) And thank you so much for the kind words, and for reading along all of these years! :)
I really enjoyed listening to the podcast–it was great to hear you after I’ve been reading your website for so long–I always look forward to reading your recipes, but more than that I’ve come to love reading about you and your children.
Joseph, Dominic, and Isabelle are growing so fast, and I love catching up with them on your Friday Things! They really are darlings and so cute.
You are so fortunate your husband can help you with the website and the children–does he have another job too, or does he get to stay home and help you mostly! Â That is so nice–he must be really special! Â
Thank you for doing  the podcast –I know you are beyond busy, but it was a treat to listen to you and learn more about your blogging journey & how you manage it all so beautifully.
Take care and thank you for all you do!
Hi Pam, I’m so glad you enjoyed the podcast, thank you so much for taking the time to listen!
Speaking of colds…have you tried probiotics for your family? After multiple rounds of ear infections and antibiotics for my son, our dr suggested ther-biotic for infants (Klaire Labs brand). Taking this has drastically reduced the number of times he has been sick!
Yes, planning to try probiotics, but we’ve actually seen a great reduction in frequency and severity this year since we all started taking elderberry supplements.
Hi Michelle, I love all your recipes. Right now I’m trying to find somewhere to buy really good nut rolls, as I’m getting too old to spend that kind of effort baking them myself. I live north of Butler & in the past bought the ones that Costco sometimes sells during the holidays. They’re loaded with nuts, which is good, but they also tend to crumble when sliced. In the “old days” here in Western Pennsylvania, many churches sold them during the holidays. However the younger churchgoers aren’t interested in that type of fundraising. If you know of any local churches that offer them, please let me know.
Hi Alice, I only know of one church that usually sells homemade nut roll for Christmas – St. Margaret Mary in Lower Burrell, which is probably a hike for you! This is their website: http://www.smmlb.org/
Just listened to the podcast Michelle, so nice to put a voice to a face!
I’ve been a follower since 2009 and it was really nice to hear how you develope recipes week in and week out.
I don’t use social media so I can’t peek into instrgram stories, but this made me feel more in the loop lol!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the podcast Faye, thanks so much for listening (and for reading along all these years!)
