Maybe it’s just me, but I’m often stumped about what to buy my husband for Christmas and his birthday. As a result, I started a gift ideas spreadsheet and add to it whenever something pops into my mind – say, in July – that I will inevitably forget once December rolls around unless I write it down RIGHT THIS INSTANT. I do this for other people as well, and it has really helped me take the last-minute gift-shopping stress away.

Even still, sheesh, guys can be difficult to shop for, right? I hope this list inspires you this year! Many of the included items are some of my husband’s favorite things, as well as other items guys of all ages will love.

Clothing & Accessories

The North Face Triclimate Jacket – Love the durability and quality of The North Face jackets. My husband has had a version of this for over seven years and it’s still going strong!

Peter Millar Pullover – Wonderful quality and material and can be dressed up or down.

Carhartt Beanie and Gloves – So warm, cozy, and durable.

Comfort Click Belt – One of my husband’s favorite items in his closet. He has two and says they are super comfortable, easy to make minor adjustments, and never get that frayed, worn-out look around the holes.

Columbia Everyday Belt – If he prefers a more traditional belt, this everyday casual dress belt is a great option and comes in multiple colors and sizes.

Classic Aviator Polarized Sunglasses – Sharp sunglasses and a super economical option for someone who might be prone to losing sunglasses :)

Slim Wallet with Money Clip – This slim wallet also features an RFID blocker and can hold up to 11 cards.

Camping and Sports Chair – Perfect for… camping and sports! We have a few of these and absolutely love them.

YETI Tundra 35 Cooler – Another great must-have for someone who spends a lot of time outside or entertaining.

Stanley Pour Over Set – An awesome gift for the coffee lover who camps.

Traeger Grill and Smoker – If you want to combine grilling and smoking, then this workhorse is all you need!

ThermoWorks Thermapen One – The OG and best-of-the-best when it comes to instant-read digital thermometers! A wonderful gift for anyone who loves to grill or spend any time in the kitchen.

YETI Lunchbox – Great for guys of all ages. Take your lunch to school or work in style!

Carhartt Insulated Lunch Cooler – Another great (more economical) option, and it can hold up to 12 cans!

Solo Stove Bonfire – An awesome addition to any backyard!

Tech Gifts

Apple Watch – Who doesn’t love a new, grown-up toy under the tree?

Samsung Smartwatch – My husband is a Samsung guy and had an older version of this watch, which he loved.

Edifice Connected and Solar Powered Watch – BUT this is his current favorite! It connects to Bluetooth and since it’s solar-powered, the time is always right and the battery will never die.

Kindle Paperwhite – For the reader! This version includes wireless charging, an auto-adjusting front light, and 32GB of storage.

Bose Wireless Headphones – Zone out with these noise-canceling headphones. The Bluetooth is a breeze to use and can be easily synced to the TV, computer, phone, etc. Or, just put them on and enjoy the quiet, ha!

High Fidelity Turntable with Built-in Speakers – More for the music lover! This retro turn table can play vinyl records at both 33 and 45 rpm speeds, and can play music from other devices wirelessly.

JBL Portable Speaker – My brother-in-law brought one of these to my sister’s on Mother’s Day, and it was so nice to have it outside. It would be great for any outdoor space, the park, the beach, working in the driveway or garage, etc.

XBox Series X or PlayStation 5 – No matter which you choose, you can’t go wrong. We have a PlayStation 5 and kids and adults use it. Such a great family gift!

Battery Storage Case – Never lose a battery again! Fill this and give it on Christmas morning… before the kids open the battery-operated toys :)

Callaway Rangefinder – For the golfer in your life! This laser rangefinder has a range of up to 1,000 yards.

Golf Balls – And I guarantee he can never have too many golf balls.

Peloton Bike – A big splurge but if it’s high on his wish list, perhaps you’re going in with others for a big-ticket item. And if he already has one (or you know he is getting one), then maybe some accessories such as cycling shoes, dumbbells, or a bike mat.

Pickleball Paddles – Know someone who recently picked up the sport? If they don’t have their own paddles yet, this would be a great gift! Perhaps paired with a pickleball backpack?

Tools and Cars

Bosch Laser Measure – Never have to search for a measuring tape again; this device will measure up to 165 feet. Perfect for any home project.

Digital Wall Scanner – This will detect wood studs, metal objects inside walls, and live wiring.

Laser Level – This self-leveling cross-line electronic laser level has both horizontal and vertical modes.

Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer – My husband has had this for at least a few years and looooooves it!

WeatherTech Car Accessories – We love all of our WeatherTech products. Not necessarily a “fun” gift, but certainly practical and perfect for guys who are meticulous about their cars.

YETI Coffee Mug – So many fun colors to choose from! Pair a mug with this universal to-go lid for the coffee lover in your life.

Stratego Board Game – One of my husband’s favorite games!

Theragun Deep Tissue Massage Gun – I got this for my husband years ago and we both continue to get a ton of use out of it; great for when you get a stubborn knot in your shoulder (or anywhere!).

23andMe Health + Ancestry – A fun gift for a guy who’s hard to shop for!

ButcherBox – A big ol’ box of meat! ButcherBox is a monthly meat delivery service – choose from set boxes or customize your own box from 21 different cuts of meat. I’ve had the opportunity to try this multiple times and the quality is incredible.

Dollar Shave Club – Don’t underestimate the basics! My mom started gifting this to my husband years ago (via gift card) and it’s one of his favorite gifts. He never has to buy razors – they just show up!

Duke Cannon Grooming Goods – These have become my husband’s absolute favorite skin care products. A fun gift for guys of all ages!
