The Weekend Dish: 3/5/2022
Happy first weekend of March!
We’re poised to have unseasonably warm weather this weekend and I’ve been hearing more and more birds chirping recently, so spring is certainly near. I can’t lie though, I wouldn’t mind one more snowstorm to close out the winter ;-)
What are you doing this weekend?

Thank you for the recent new recipes. Very beautifully done..can’t wait to see the next ones.
I love reading your Weekend Dish every Saturday!! In the Italian Fresh Cream Lemon Cake the chef uses 1 3/4 cups of powered sugar in the cake batter. I don’t think I have ever used powered sugar in a cake recipe. Do you think it’s a typo? Would you use powered sugar or granulated sugar?
Thanks
