The Weekend Dish: 4/18/2020
Happy Saturday to you!
Are you tackling any baking projects this weekend? Any house projects? I still desperately need to clean out and organize the cabinets on my side of the office and may finally do that today or tomorrow (actually, it will probably be a multiple day effort 😉). I hope you are doing well at home and have a restful and relaxing couple of days!

Baking is a stress reliever for me-
Thank you for sharing pictures  and the great recipes!
I’ve been having the same problem, I can’t pin anything from your site! Any help will be appreciated
It’s actually sprinkling out in CA right now and going to be in upper 70’s this week. Needing some sunshine to help ease this bummerness. I made tuna salad my big cooking item. Maybe tomorrow I will make a crockpot chicken Mexican soup dish.
I’m still having to go to work (flight attendant) but have been baking a little more.
Made this last week and it was a huge hit: https://www.howsweeteats.com/2020/03/banana-cake-coffee-frosting/

Otherwise, I’m being fairly lazy. Ugh.
I would like to try a new cookie recipe. One my 6 year old grandson can help make. We’ve made no bakes, peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip. What’s something fun we can do?
Sugar cookies! Snickerdoodles, monster cookies, thumbprints….
Hi Michelle, I can’t pin anything on your site. This has been an ongoing problem every week. It’s not on my end because I can pin anything on other sites. It’s very frustrating! Is it on your end?
I’m baking a three ingredient cake:  Spice cake mix, one can pumpkin and two eggs.  Frost with cream cheese frosting (one cup whipped cream cheese and two cups powdered sugar and a touch of vanilla).  In the oven now as it’s snowing!!!  What??!
I are your Italian bread recipe. It was so easy and it was so delicious and I love your biscuits!!! Thanks for all your recipes!!!
