I am trying to find a sandwich bread recipe that is soft and chewy. Still searching.
Hi Loretta, I would start with 25% whole wheat flour and go from there, seeing how it affects the texture and adjusting the liquid as needed.
I am SO missing your Sunday Dinner Menu. Every time I read through your Saturday post, I am always hoping to see it because it always gave me new or different ideas for my own weekly Sunday dinners. Do you think you’ll ever bring it back?
