The Weekend Dish: 7/20/2019
Hello and Happy Saturday!
We’re currently melting from the heat and humidity here, gah! It’s basically hide-in-the-air-conditioning weather for the weekend, but my husband and I might try to sneak out to a car show today before the weather gets too unbearable. What do you have planned?
As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

What I Bookmarked This Week
Recipes and posts from other blogs that I thought looked especially delicious and that I thought you would like, too:
I have a ton of blueberries to use up, so thinking of trying this blueberry cheesecake crumb cake for dessert on Sunday.
Creamy beef and shells sound like total comfort food.
I will eat them ALL –> Parmesan-Crusted Tortellini Bites
Baked spaghetti looks like an awesome spin on traditional baked ziti.
Putting this homemade strawberry topping on everything.
Have a delicious weekend!
I LOVE all of the recipes you’ve posted here, (including my own, lol)- Those Tortellini Bites are quite possibly one of the most addicting creations I’ve ever made! They’re fun to bring to parties too, people can’t get enough. Thank you for sharing Michelle! Stay cool this week! Whew! :)
Hi Michelle,
I’ve been away for the past 10 days and am now catching up on what I’ve missed while out of the country. Â I see that you had an antipasto salad on your Sunday Dinner menu. Â Do you have plans to share the recipe? Â I think that would be a great one to do a post on since it’s something you haven’t done yet (if you have, Â I’ve missed it).
I just made the blueberry cheesecake crumb cake but with dried slightly-sweetened cranberries and loved it! Â Thanks for the link.
