I hope that anyone that has found themselves in Hurricane Florence’s path has stayed safe and hasn’t suffered much damage or prolonged power outages.
Our weekend is looking low key here since most everyone in our house is still under the weather. That will likely mean college football today, along with puzzles, books, and lounging around the house. What do you have going on? Tell me what you’re doing and eating!

I had a wonderful appetizer this weekend. It was similar to Guacamole but made with peas. The hostess said it was just peas whirled up in a food processor with a bit of sour cream. She spread it on garlic toasted baggets with bacon crumbles and a sprinkle of Parmesan. They were delicious!
Sorry everyone is feeling under the weather…planning to watch Deadpool 2 tonight…having a special “Pakistani” dinner tomorrow.
